Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

Defective Products
If damage, stains, or malfunctions are found upon delivery, please contact us by email within 7 days of receipt. Photos of the defective parts may be requested for confirmation.
If deemed defective, we will exchange the item for the same product or issue a refund at our expense.
We cannot accept exchanges or refunds in the following cases:
  • If more than 8 days have passed since delivery
  • If damage or stains occurred due to customer’s use or storage
  • If the item was returned without prior notice

Return shipping and handling fees will be borne by us. In case of defects or incorrect delivery, please contact us by email and return the product by “cash on delivery.”

Return shipping and handling fees will be borne by the customer. Please send the product back at your own expense (“prepaid”). In this case, refunds will be limited to the product price (including tax) only.
