System engineer recruitment requirements

You will work with the project manager to understand the client's needs and manage the development team to ensure that the project progresses smoothly.

◆About the projects we handle
・Renewal project scale: Development budget from 20 million yen (actual value)
・Support project (after launch) scale: Approximately 500,000 to 800,000 per month (actual value)
・Development period: Several months to 1 year (depending on difficulty and scale)
・We only handle renewals of existing sites, not new site launches.

◆Project team structure (example)
・Technical director: 1 person
・PM: 1 person (several assistants may be required depending on the size of the project)
・Front end: 2 to 3 people, back end: 1 to 2 people (may increase depending on project scale)

 

Required qualifications/experience:

  • Preference will be given to those with 5 or more years of experience in development team management, especially those with experience in developing e-commerce sites.
  • System design, development, and operation experience
  • Mainly requires understanding of back-end DB and infrastructure rather than front-end (because enterprise EC handles large amounts of data)
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Solid project management knowledge and experience, comprehensive understanding and problem-solving skills
  • Reporting, contacting and consulting clients, creating explanatory materials
  • Business level language skills in Japanese and English
  • English proficiency level for MTG and team leadership
  • Skills for smooth communication in a remote environment



Recommended experience:

  • Experience in international projects, especially managing cross-cultural teams.
  • Experience in implementing and operating business systems (sales management, warehouse management, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in IT or related field
  • Work experience in an organization that operates ISMS certification

Salary:
  • Annual income: 5.5 million yen to 9 million yen (determined according to experience and skills)
