Our team features developers, web designers, project managers and growth hackers from 10+ nationalities, and we are overall bilingual in English and Japanese.
We are currently looking for a Customer Supporter to add to our team.
- Customer success business
- Support activities starting from inquiries about the services we provide (Shopify App, etc.)
- Responding to inquiries from customers
- Business report using simple Excel
- Arrangement of cases
- Internal adjustment
- 5 years or more working experience
- 1+ years of customer success/customer support work experience
- Confident in organizing information and communicating
- Enthusiastic, flexible and willing to make a positive difference in the company
- Those who are willing to learn about IT
- Text communication in English is possible
- Text-based customer-facing experience
- IT Passport Examination (i-pass) qualification, or equivalent level of IT knowledge
- Possible to use Mac
Work Location The basics are full remote
Business Hours 10:00 ~ 19:00
