After graduating from the School of Education at Waseda University, I joined From Scratch Co., Ltd. (now Data X Co., Ltd.) in 2010, where I worked in sales and new business development. In 2012, I joined MonstarLab Co., Ltd. as a corporate sales representative focusing on new client acquisition. As a product manager, I contributed to the success of a large-scale project worth 400 million yen. In 2016, I became an executive officer, promoting organizational integration and strengthening management foundations. In July 2021, I was appointed as CEO of MonstarLab and two group companies, driving corporate growth primarily in the APAC region. In March 2024, I joined Flagship Co., Ltd., where I currently serve as an executive officer in the corporate division. I also concurrently serve as Executive Officer and CPO of Stamen Co., Ltd.
